Type of Funding
University College London (UCL) is inviting undergraduate students from any country who requires financial assistance in order to undertake Bachelors degree studies at UCL commencing September 2019, to apply for the Denys Holland Scholarship.
The scholarship covers undergraduate programmes in any field offered at UCL.
The scholarship is worth £9,000 per year for 3 years, subject to satisfactory academic progress.
Applicants can be from any country and studying in any field, but must be holding a valid UCL student number, a valid UCAS personal ID, and an offer of admission to UCL for full-time undergraduate study. They must be able to demonstrate financial hardship. They should preferably be 25 years old or younger. They should have broad interests and intending to be actively involved in and contributing to the life of the university.
Students can be from any country, but must show that without the support of the scholarship, they would be unable to secure the funding required to study at UCL. They also need to demonstrate their intention to make full use of the activities offered by UCL and the Student Union.
