The Willamette University is making available Global Reach Scholarships to international students from outside of the U.S., who have been admitted to the Willamette Early Career and Career Change MBA program commencing Fall 2020 at the Atkinson Graduate School of Management. The Early Career and Career Change program is designed for recent college graduates and applicants with limited professional work experience who are seeking their first professional position, career change or advancement. Previous work experience is not required.
All applicants admitted to a full-time format of the Willamette MBA program are automatically considered for merit-based scholarships based on GMAT or GRE score, undergraduate grade point average, experience, potential, and ability to contribute to the learning experience of the Atkinson School. MBA merit-based scholarships range from 10% to 100% of tuition.
MBA scholarships awarded for the first-year of study are renewable at the same dollar amount for the second-year of MBA study. Some additional scholarship opportunities are available for the second-year of MBA study. Students apply for these scholarships during spring semester of their first year.
Applicants must hold a Bachelors degree from any country outside of the United States. Professional experience is not required for the Early Career MBA programme as experiential learning is built directly into the curriculum. They have to be outstanding students from around the world who can contribute to the Willamette University community.
Applicants for the scholarship must first be admitted to the Willamette Early Career and Career Change MBA program.
Applicants interested in maximum consideration for scholarships are urged to complete the application process for the MBA program as soon as possible. Applicants are encouraged to apply by Early Action deadlines for maximum consideration for admission and scholarship assistance. The Early Action 1 deadline is 15 October 2019; the Early Action 2 deadline is 15 December 2019; the Early Action 3 deadline is 15 March 2020; and the Standard Deadline is 1 May 2020.
