Description

The Global Good Fund Fellowship Program is a leadership development program for young entrepreneurs, innovators, and leaders of positive social impact organizations to help sharpen their leadership skills and accelerate personal development. Applications are sought for the 12-month 2020 Global Good Fund Fellowship Program, during which the Global Good Fund will invest in the selected Fellows by pairing them with executives who serve as coaches, and by providing leadership assessment resources, a network of peers, sector expertise, and targeted financing.

Benefits

Each Fellow receives a leadership development grant of up to US$10,000, for Leadership Development Plan implementation and leadership development with a special focus on experiential learning.

Each fellow is paired with 1 professional leadership coach and 1 c-suite executive who serves as a mentor. Fellows will be provided with leadership assessment resources, a network of peers, sector expertise, and targeted financial capital. Fellows receive intensive 1:1 coaching sessions via phone/Skype/WhatsApp over a 12-month period.

They will be connected to investors/philanthropists seeking to directly help entrepreneurial leaders who share their commitment to social impact. Fellows will be assessed using the 360 MIRROR tool which is specifically designed for social entrepreneurs. They will take part in an annual Global Good Fund Summit each spring. This 4-day event provides a platform for networking between Fellows, LDCs, ?Coaches, Alumni, and The Global Good Fund staff.
