The Global Good Fund Fellowship Program is a leadership development program for young social entrepreneurs committed to tackling social challenges, with a track record of success and potential for greatness, to sharpen their leadership skills and accelerate personal development. Applications are sought for the 12-month 2019 Global Good Fund Fellowship Program, during which the Global Good Fund will invest in the selected Fellows by pairing them with executives who serve as coaches, and by providing leadership assessment resources, a network of peers, sector expertise, and targeted financing.


Each Fellow receives a leadership development grant of up to US$10,000, for LDP implementation and leadership development with a special focus on experiential learning.

Fellows are paired with seasoned executives and global thought leaders who serve as coaches for the duration of the 12-month program. They will be connected to investors/philanthropists seeking to directly help entrepreneurial leaders who share their commitment to social impact. Program benefits include: leadership assessment using the 360 MIRROR tool which is specifically designed for social entrepreneurs, a 4-day curated leadership development experience and establishment and implementation of a leadership development plan, coaching, an annual Summit, targeted funding, and access to a peer and subject matter expert network.


Applicants should generally be below 40 years of age, and in a position where they have decision-making power. The enterprise they are leading must be at least 1-year-old, and has 1 full-time employee other than the applicant. They have to be committed full-time to running the enterprise. Applicants should not be currently receiving formal coaching/mentoring support.

Applicants who meet above requirements will be invited to participate in Phase II of the application process, which involves the submission of a Detailed Report in the form of an informal video addressing the applicant’s motivation in setting up his/her enterprise; the mission and objectives of the enterprise; and why the applicant and the enterprise are unique and how they address a specific problem more effectively than other enterprises.

The top candidates graduating from Phase II will be invited for a Virtual Site Visit scheduled for 1 to 31 October 2018.


Applicants are to submit applications online by 30 June 2018. The Phase II detailed report is to be submitted by 10 August 2018.
