St Cross College, University of Oxford, is offering 6 St Cross Worldwide Scholarships for AY 2019-2020 for applicants who have been accepted into an accredited 1-year Masters (MSc/MSt) course at the University. The scholarship is meant for students who are normally resident in 1 of the 6 continents of Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, South America and Oceania. One scholarship will be offered for each continent.


Each Worldwide Scholarship has a value of £10,000. Scholars will also be given priority for a room in College accommodation, at the standard rent, for the year of their course.


Applicants must first have been accepted into an accredited 1-year Masters (MSc/MSt) course at the University of Oxford are unable to secure full funding from elsewhere. They must have outstanding academic ability and have received and accepted a provisional place at St Cross College. Preference may be given to applicants who select St Cross as their first choice college.

They have to be able to show proof of their ability to meet remaining expenses (i.e. minus £10,000) and take up their place in October 2019.

Students who have already been accepted by another Oxford College are ineligible for this scholarship.
