The OECD Young Professional Programme (YPP) 2017 offers entry-level jobs to talented professionals passionate about OECD’s work and promoting international policy co-operation, and who have the analytical and drafting skills to contribute to policy-related research and studies.

Under this programme, recruits will work at the OECD’s headquarters in Paris, France, for a fixed-term appointment of 2 years, at the end of which, depending on performance and organisational needs, they may wish to continue their careers at the OECD by applying for available vacancies. Young Professionals will research and analyse current policy issues under the supervision of experienced OECD staff and collaborate with many of the more than 60,000 senior national policy makers who participate in the OECD’s technical and policy meetings each year. Assignments will be matched to the Young Professionals’ academic backgrounds, professional experiences, and personal preferences.

Young Professionals are employed at A1 grade and are paid competitive tax-free salaries with an attractive benefits package, which may include expatriation and family allowances depending on individual circumstances (see the Official Website for details on salaries and benefits).
