Young professionals from around the world are invited to take part in the Nudge Global Leadership Challenge 2018, which is an 8-month leadership development programme from August 2018 to April 2019 to equip young future leaders with the necessary leadership skills, network and publicity to realise their goals and create true impact. The highlight of the Challenge is a 3-day life changing learning experience in the Netherlands that will be held from 15 to 17 October 2018 in Zeist, the Netherlands. Ninety participants will be chosen for this 3-day ‘pressure cooker’, during which participants will be challenged to share their visions and work, to excel in debate and dialogue, to inspire with speeches and to show team spirit. Of the 90 participants, 70 will be company candidates and 20 wild card candidates.
The theme of the 2018 Challenge is: “Towards a Circular Economy. Gearing up young leaders for new perspectives on leadership, culture and technology”
Sponsorship for the cost of participation (€ 3,300) will be given for 20 wild card candidates. Accommodation and travel expenses. however, will however be borne by themselves.
Company candidates will be nominated by their respective companies and their participation fee and travel cost and accommodation if applicable will be sponsored by their companies, which become Support Partners of the Challenge.
All applicants have to be between 23 and 33 years old, proficient in English, with a clear affinity for sustainability. They need to have at the minimum, a Bachelors degree or equivalent and have to be eager to work with an international group on the development of leadership skills in sustainability. They can be from any field and industry.
Company candidates are young professionals working for a company or organisation allowing their best young talents to participate in the Nudge Global Impact Challenge. Students may also apply as wild card candidates.
