Description

Young professionals from around the world are invited to apply for the Nudge Global Impact Challenge 2019, which is an 8-month leadership development programme from August 2019 to April 2020 about leadership, sustainability and impact creation. The programme aims to equip young future leaders with the necessary leadership skills, network and publicity to realise their goals and create true impact. The highlight of the Challenge is a 3-day life changing learning experience in Zeist, the Netherlands that will be held from 21 to 23 October 2019.

During the pre-Challenge, from August to September 2019, the selected 90 participants can connect with a buddy (an alumnus/a participant of the Challenge) to develop their sustainability impact plan. During the 3-day learning experience in October, the participants work together with coaches, guides, experienced sustainability leaders, peers, and the Nudge team to improve their impact plan and leadership skills. In the 6 months following the learning experience, from November 2019 to April 2020, the participants will work on the realisation of their plans to create as much impact as possible. Nudge and programme partner LeaderScope will support all participants during the entire process.

Of the 90 participants, 60 will be company candidates and 30 wild card candidates.
