Description

Johnson & Johnson is inviting graduate and doctoral program students who will be graduating after September 2018, to apply for the 2018 International Recruitment and Development Internship Program (IRDP- MBA International Recruitment and Development Intern Program). The IRDP is a leadership development program that identifies high potential talent to join Johnson & Johnson’s Consumer, Pharmaceutical, and Medical Devices organizations across Asia-Pacific, Europe/Middle East/Africa, and Latin America.

Internship positions are available in Norway; South Africa; Portugal; Belgium; Germany; Spain; France; and the United Kingdom. Interns will lead significant business projects with real-life implications, and present their analyses and results to senior leaders. Opportunities on IRDP extend across a broad range of functions including: Business Development; Supply Chain; Health Economics; Market Access; Regulatory Affairs; and Sales and Marketing.

Eligibility

Applicants must be first year students of either a full-time MBA, Masters, or PhD degree program, who will be graduating after September 2018. They have to be fluent in English and the language of the country where the internship assignment is located. They need to be available full-time for a period of at least 8 to 12 weeks between April and September 2018 and are legally authorized to work permanently (i.e. without time limitations, without restrictions or without need for work sponsorship) in the country where the internship assignment is located. They must have had at least 4 years of relevant professional experience before they enrolled in their full-time Masters level degree program.
