Women from Asian or African countries affected by natural disasters, drought or famine, who wish to pursue the prestigious MBA programme at HEC Paris commencing either September 2015 or January 2016, can apply for the Fondation Rainbow Bridge Scholarship. HEC MBA students can tailor their MBA by choosing 1 of the following 5 specializations available to all full-time students in the Fall Term: Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Finance, Advanced Management in Global Enterprises, Marketing or Strategy.
Two scholarships of € 20,000 per year will be awarded.
Applicants must be top-caliber female candidates from Asian or African countries affected by a natural disaster, drought or famine, and who have been admitted to the HEC MBA program. They must demonstrate a commitment to solving some of the social and economic issues affecting their countries while working for the long-term security of the people living there, and should have exemplary leadership skills in one or more of the following areas: community work, charity engagement or sustainable development practices.
HEC’s admissions process is on a rolling basis throughout the year. However, candidates applying for the September 2016 intake must apply for admission by 1 May 2017 in order to be considered for the scholarship, as candidates admitted after 15 June 2017 cannot be considered for the scholarship for the September 2017 intake. Likewise, those applying for the January 2018 intake must apply for admission by 15 October 2017, as those admitted after 26 November 2017 will be ineligible for the scholarship.
