Description

Aviva is inviting graduates in any discipline, to apply for the Aviva Global Graduate Leadership Programme, which is a 2-year programme to hone the recruits’ leadership skills and to help them unleash their full potential. They will move across projects, teams and functional areas, locally, regionally and globally through two 12-month assignments, under the training programme.

Graduate Leaders will be placed in their home country for the first rotation of 12 months. Depending on where they are applying from, the cities that they will be working in during the first year are:

  • Asia: Hong Kong, Singapore
  • Canada: Toronto
  • Europe: Milan, Paris, Warsaw
  • UK & Ireland: Bristol, Eastleigh, London, Norwich, Perth, Sheffield, York

They will start their second year working in an overseas team in 1 of Aviva’s 16 global markets. In the second year, the graduates will be taking on real responsibility, either in a local market team or a central functional role. They will also start enhancing their leadership skills, which could include running their own team or project – all under the guidance of a senior mentor.

Benefits

Graduate Leaders will be paid a salary aligned to the market they are recruited to, which is also benchmarked to similar companies in that country. The programme also provides competitive benefits throughout the scheme such as:
