The Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) in Thailand is inviting applicants to its Masters and Doctoral degree programs commencing August 2018, to apply for the AIT Fellowships. The fellowships are offered for postgraduate programs at AIT’s School of Engineering and Technology (SET); School of Environment, Resources and Development (SERD); and School of Management (SOM). Fellowships at the Master’s and Doctoral degree programs are awarded based on either need or merit.

Fellows are not bonded.

The AIT Fellowships cover tuition, but do not cover registration fees, accommodation fees or living expenses.

The AIT Fellowships for Masters degree students may cover 50%, 75% or 100% of tuition fees. The amount of the grant depends on the candidate’s cumulative GPA. The 100% Fellowships cover tuition fees for 4 semesters; the 75% for 3 semesters; and the 50% for 2 semesters.

Students of all nationalities are eligible, so long as they meet the English language requirements set by the University. Priority is given to Masters degree applicants, who must possess a 4-year Bachelors degree from a recognized university. MBA applicants require an additional 1 year of relevant work experience.

Fellowships granted upon merit are given on the basis of cumulative GPA. Applicants for the AIT Fellowships for Doctoral Degree should have a Cumulative GPA of 3.50 in their Masters degree and 2.75 in their undergraduate program from top universities.

Applications are to be done online by 30 June 2018.
